About Georgia Rose

Georgia holds a two-year Health, Wellness and Fitness Diploma (Cooperative Education) from Mohawk College's Department of Justice and Wellness Studies. Her program covered anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, musculo-skeletal and energy systems assessments, resistance training prescription, sport and exercise psychology, nutrition, and fitness for special populations — including seniors, youth, elite athletes, and clients managing obesity or disability.

Before Fredericton, Georgia competed in wrestling starting in grade 10 and trained with the Brock University wrestling team. She took up MMA in Hagersville under coach Cru Alin at Profit MMA. She then worked as a trainer at GoodLife Fitness in Hamilton before bringing her practice to New Brunswick.

Georgia lifts heavy herself daily — but she knows that most clients want efficient bodyweight movements, better mobility, real strengthening, and correct positions, not powerlifting. That self-awareness is what makes her coaching different: highly trained, but fully client-first.

Georgia's mission is to help women care for their bodies in a way that honors mind, body, and soul. She works out daily, does yoga at Prana Hot Yoga, and brings that whole-person perspective into every session.

Georgia trains clients at their home, outdoors, or online. No gym membership needed. She builds programs around what you have and what works for your life — not what's convenient for her.
