Mobility Training
Mobility & Flexibility Training in Fredericton
Desk posture, old injuries, chronic tightness. Georgia builds mobility programs that help you move through daily life without restriction or pain.
Book a SessionStrength matters, but so does being able to move. If you spend your day at a desk, carry old aches from a past injury, or just feel stiff getting out of bed, mobility training is where Georgia starts. The goal is simple: more range of motion, less tightness, and movement that does not hurt. Better mobility also makes every other kind of training safer and more effective.
Georgia Rose practices yoga regularly at Prana Hot Yoga in Fredericton and brings a mobility-first mindset into every program, even for clients focused on strength or weight loss. Paired with her Mohawk College training in anatomy, biomechanics, and corrective exercise, that means your stiffness gets addressed at the cause, not just stretched at the symptom.
What Mobility Training Covers

Georgia starts with a full movement screen to identify where you're restricted and why.

Static and dynamic stretching matched to your specific restrictions and goals.
Corrective exercise
Targeted strengthening for the areas that are compensating for your tight spots.
Posture work
Particularly useful for desk workers dealing with forward head posture, rounded shoulders, or lower back tightness.
Mobility Training Questions
Is mobility training only stretching?
No. Stretching is part of it, but Georgia also uses corrective exercise and targeted strengthening so the new range of motion holds. Flexibility without strength tends not to last, so she trains both.
Can mobility work help with desk-job stiffness?
Yes. Forward head posture, rounded shoulders, tight hips, and lower back tightness are some of the most common things Georgia addresses for clients who sit all day. Most of the work can be done in your home.
I am coming back from an injury. Can you train around it?
Georgia builds programs around your restrictions, not against them. For a diagnosed injury, train with your doctor's or physiotherapist's clearance, and Georgia will work within those limits.
Do I need to be flexible already?
Not at all. Most clients start mobility work precisely because they feel stiff. Georgia assesses where you are now and progresses from there.
Mobility work pairs well with in-home sessions and is available online via Zoom if you prefer to train from home.
