FAQ
Common Questions
Everything you need to know before booking your first session.
Where do sessions take place?
You choose: at your home (in Fredericton within 25 km), outdoors at a park, trail, or the Fredericton riverwalk, or online via Zoom. There's no facility — that's a feature, not a limitation. You don't need a gym membership.
What is the assessment and first workout session?
Your first session is $99. It starts with a 30-minute goals conversation: what you want to achieve, your history, any injuries or limitations. Then we do a movement and fitness baseline and jump straight into your first 40-minute training session. You leave with an outline of your custom program.
Do I need equipment?
No. Georgia builds programs around what you have. Most in-home sessions use bodyweight, resistance bands, and small equipment you likely already own. If you'd like to invest in a few basics, she'll tell you exactly what's worth buying for your specific program.
What are Georgia's qualifications?
Georgia holds a two-year Health, Wellness and Fitness Diploma (Cooperative Education) from Mohawk College's Department of Justice and Wellness Studies. Her coursework included anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, resistance training prescription, nutrition, sport psychology, and fitness for special populations. She also trained with the Brock University wrestling team and studied MMA under coach Cru Alin at Profit MMA in Hagersville.
Does Georgia offer nutrition coaching?
Yes. Nutrition coaching is an optional add-on, not bundled into training sessions. You can get a one-time custom nutrition plan for $80 (HST included) or a monthly subscription for $40/month. Both are built around your specific goals and food preferences — not a generic template.
How do I pay?
Booking and payment are handled through Cal.com connected to Stripe. You can pay by credit card when you book. All prices include HST — no surprise charges at checkout.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session so Georgia can offer that spot to someone else. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be counted toward your pack.
Are online sessions as effective as in-person?
For most clients, yes. Georgia coaches your form via live video, builds your program for your available space and equipment, and gives the same attention as an in-person session. The same pricing applies. Some clients prefer online because it removes the commute entirely.
Do session packs expire?
No. Your 4-pack or 8-pack has no expiry date. Use them at your own pace.
I have an injury or health condition — can I still train with Georgia?
Possibly, yes. Georgia's Mohawk College training included fitness programming for special populations including clients with injuries, seniors, and people managing chronic conditions. Bring your doctor's clearance for any significant medical condition and she'll build around your limitations.
