Book an Outdoor SessionFredericton has some of the best outdoor training space in the province, and Georgia Rose uses it. Instead of a fluorescent-lit gym, your session happens in a park, on a trail, or beside the river. Outdoor training mixes bodyweight strength, conditioning, and movement in a way that feels less like a chore and more like part of your day. The change of scenery is not just pleasant, it tends to keep people coming back.
Georgia holds a Health, Wellness and Fitness Diploma from Mohawk College and has a background in wrestling, MMA, and gym-floor coaching. She knows how to turn a park bench, a hill, and a set of resistance bands into a complete, progressive program, so you get real results without a single machine.

Who Outdoor Training Suits
Outdoor training is ideal if you feel boxed in by a gym, you want your workout to double as time outside, or you simply train better with space around you. It works year-round in milder weather, and Georgia moves the session to your home or online when conditions call for it. Want privacy instead of a public park? Look at in-home training.
Outdoor Training Questions
Where do outdoor sessions take place?
Wherever works for you. Popular spots include Odell Park, the Fredericton Botanic Garden, the Saint John River riverwalk, Officers' Square downtown, and parks on the Northside near Marysville and North Devon. Georgia can also meet at a green space close to your home within about 25 km.
What happens if it rains?
Georgia keeps an eye on the forecast and will move your session indoors to your home or online via Zoom if the weather turns. You never lose a session to rain.
Do I need to bring equipment?
No. Outdoor sessions use bodyweight movements, resistance bands, benches, hills, and whatever the park offers. Georgia brings what is needed and programs around the space.
Is outdoor training good for beginners?
Yes. Open space and fresh air make training feel less intimidating than a crowded gym, and Georgia scales every movement to your current level.
