Mobility & Recovery
Flexibility, range of motion, and injury prevention. Great for clients returning from injury, desk workers dealing with chronic tightness, or anyone who wants to feel better moving through daily life. Georgia trains at Prana Hot Yoga herself — she takes mobility seriously.

Nutrition Coaching
A custom nutrition plan built around your goals, your body, and your food preferences. Georgia completed coursework in nutrition, nutrition applications, and weight management theory at Mohawk College. Plans are practical, not restrictive.
