In-Home Training
In-Home Personal Trainer in Fredericton, NB
Georgia comes to your home. No gym membership, no commute, no waiting for equipment. Just a focused hour, a 40-minute workout plus a 20-minute coaching check-in, built around what you have and what you want to achieve.
Book a SessionMost people quit a fitness routine for one reason: getting to the gym is a hassle. In-home training removes the obstacle entirely. Georgia Rose brings a complete program to your door, coaches you through it in real time, and leaves you with a clear plan for next time. You train in your own space, on your own schedule, with one person whose only job for that hour is you.
Georgia holds a Health, Wellness and Fitness Diploma from Mohawk College and has trained at every level, from competitive wrestling and MMA to coaching clients at GoodLife Fitness. That depth means she can program for a complete beginner or progress someone who already lifts, all without a single machine.
Why In-Home Training Works
No gym anxiety
Train in your own space, at your own pace. Great for beginners or anyone who prefers privacy.
No commute
Georgia shows up to you. Your session starts on time, not after a 20-minute drive across the city.
Works with what you have
No equipment needed. Georgia builds programs around bodyweight, resistance bands, and whatever gear you own.
Better consistency
The biggest obstacle to working out is getting there. Remove the commute and adherence goes up.
Who In-Home Training Suits
It is a strong fit for parents who cannot leave the house easily, shift workers whose hours do not match gym classes, beginners who feel self-conscious in a commercial gym, and anyone returning to exercise after a long break. If you have a busy week and a small amount of floor space, in-home training is built for you.

In-Home Training Questions
Do I need equipment for in-home training?
No. Georgia builds your program around bodyweight, resistance bands, and any small equipment you already own. If a few basics would help your specific plan, she will tell you exactly what is worth buying before you spend a dollar.
How much space do I need at home?
Less than you think. A clear area roughly the size of a yoga mat is enough for most sessions. Georgia adapts every movement to the room you have, whether that is a living room, a basement, or a small apartment.
Where in Fredericton does Georgia train in-home clients?
Anywhere within about 25 km of Fredericton, including the Northside, downtown and Southside, Skyline Acres, the Regent and west-side neighbourhoods, and Oromocto. If you are not sure your address is in range, ask when you book.
