Personal Training for Women in Fredericton

Georgia's mission is to help women care for their bodies in a holistic way. Whether you're starting out, coming back from a break, or ready to push harder, she builds a program around you.

Book with Georgia

Walking into a commercial gym is the part many women dread, not the workout itself. Training with Georgia Rose removes that barrier. As a female trainer who comes to you, she coaches in the privacy of your home, outdoors, or online, so the focus stays on you and your goals rather than who is watching. The result is training you actually keep doing.

Georgia holds a Health, Wellness and Fitness Diploma from Mohawk College, where her coursework included fitness for special populations, and she trains daily herself with a background in wrestling, MMA, and yoga at Prana Hot Yoga. She has also lived her own health journey, including healing from disordered eating, so she understands that fitness for women is about feeling strong and well, not chasing a number on a scale.

Questions Women Ask First

Will strength training make me bulky?

No. Building large amounts of muscle takes years of dedicated, specific training. For most women, strength work builds tone, bone density, and everyday capability while supporting fat loss. Georgia programs for the look and the strength you actually want.

Do you train women who are completely new to fitness?

Often. A large share of Georgia's work is with women starting from scratch or returning after years away. Every movement is scaled to your level, and the first session is an assessment, not a test.

Can you help with postpartum fitness?

Yes, once you have clearance from your doctor. Georgia builds postpartum programs that rebuild core and pelvic-floor strength gradually, and in-home sessions make it realistic to train with a newborn at home.

Where do sessions take place?

At your home, outdoors around Fredericton, or online via Zoom. Many women prefer the privacy of in-home training, especially when starting out.

Sessions are available as in-home training, outdoor training, or online via Zoom.
